This role is pivotal in supporting our tendering and engineering operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed 2D & 3D MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings and plans using AutoCAD and other drafting software.

- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and design specifications.

- Prepare accurate and detailed shop drawings, schematic diagrams, and layouts for various MEP systems.

- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project managers and engineers.

- Derive quantities from drawings of various MEP systems.

- Maintain and update drawing records and documentation.

- Assist in resolving any design-related issues or discrepancies during the construction phase.

- Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and ensure project deliverables are completed on time.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

- Proven experience as an MEP Draftsman, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.

- Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
