Roles and Responsibilities: -
Produce BIM Models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services using REVIT MEP by agreeing on awing strategy, type, size of drawings, and drawing numbering with the project engineer/consultant/client and suggesting drawing production methods to ensure efficient methods of working.
- HVAC duct layout with cooling and heating load calculation with required standards
- BOQ
- Electrical layout design, conduit layout & circuit labeling,
- Electrical load calculation, panel schedules & Riser diagram.
- Plumbing layout design with water supply demand load calculations & riser diagram.
- Equipment schedules, installation details drawings.
Responsible for coordinating the assigned scope of work with other disciplines to generate a clash-free design. Willing to advance in career by taking increased engineering design responsibilities by working closely with the discipline lead engineer. A committed team player able to work under pressure and own initiative
