Role Description

This is a full-time role for a BIM Coordinator located in Nagpur Office. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with Building Information Modeling (BIM), BIM Coordination, Virtual Design, Architecture, and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination. The role will require working in Nagpur office location.

Qualifications

1. Candidate must be able to work proficiently on Revit, Navis, AutoCAD platform and is required to deliver Combined Services Drawings.

2. Candidate must have relevant prior experience in such type of jobs (minimum 5 years)

3. Candidate must be able to create clash report.

4. Candidate must be able to resolve clashes based on his/her technical expertise.

5. Candidate must be proficient in identifying potential clashes between services by reading information provided on CAD input drawings

6. Candidate must be able to work under pressure and should be able to deliver drawings on time.

7. Candidate must be able to communicate in English.

8. Candidate must be able to communicate with consultants and contractor representatives to resolve clashes re-querying greater technical experience.

9. Candidate must experience in generation of shop drawings, coordination drawings, etc.
