Promoting and selling club memberships to individuals and businesses.
Conducting tours of the club facilities for potential members.
Providing information about club services, facilities, and membership options.
Assisting potential members in selecting the appropriate membership plan.
Handling membership inquiries and resolving member-related issues.
Maintaining accurate membership records and databases.
Tracking and analyzing membership data to identify trends and opportunities.
Developing and implementing membership retention strategies.
Coordinating with the marketing team to create membership marketing campaigns.
Keeping updated with industry trends and competitors.
