Job Description:

As a Membership Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for FitClub members and visitors, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they step through the door. Your role will involve welcoming members, providing information on memberships, and assisting with inquiries to ensure a smooth and enjoyable member experience.

Job Title: Membership Consultant

Location: FitClub, Sushant Lok, Gurgaon

Availability: Immediate joiner preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet members and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Assist potential and existing members with information about membership plans, classes, and schedules.
• Guide new members through the sign-up process and assist with renewals or cancellations.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with the gym staff to ensure seamless member services.
• Promote FitClub events, classes, and special membership offers.
• Support administrative tasks such as handling phone calls, emails, and maintaining member records.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Freshers are welcome to apply!
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of fitness center operations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month

• Day shift
• Fixed shift
