Job Description

nRole Summary
nSpecializes in providing assistance to field engineers, technicians, and product support in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex systems (e.g., electro/mechanical equipment, computer, complex software, or networked and wireless systems).
nKey Responsibilities
  • nlooking for 3 - 5 Years of experts in Packet core support
  • nExpertise in Customer Support, Product support and Protocols of Packet Core components for 4G & 5G which should primarily include :
  • nvEPC(vSAEGW , vMME )
  • n5GC (AMF , UPF , SMF ,)
  • nPCRF , DNS , CGNAT
  • nShould have end to end understanding of the Packet Core Solutions. Should have deep knowledge of 4G and overall understanding of latest technologies in the Telecom space including VOLTE, VoWiFi etc.
nJob Requirements
  • nGood knowledge of Mobility call flows including but not limited to GGSN, SGSN, MME, SGW, PGW , AMF , UPF , SMF and respective integration touchpoints within a network ecosystem.
  • nGood understanding of the 3GPP standards. Sound understanding/Expertise of onboarding, integration of the v-EPC on the Cloud and container based environment.
  • nShould have understanding of the Cloud environment and understanding of how EPC solutions can be deployed over cloud.
  • nShould have knowledge/Expertise/sound understanding of RHOSP/Docker/Containers /Kubernetes over Dell/HP.
  • nSound understanding of troubleshooting tools like Wireshark.
  • nStrong Written and Verbal Communication skills and ability to work in multiple technical areas
