MegMo, a dynamic tech platform facilitating local service discovery, is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Business Development Manager. We are hiring for 4 positions, and the successful candidates will play a key role in driving business growth and establishing strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities Of The Candidate
- Conducting cold calls to potential partners and converting them into active collaborators
- Onboarding new partners onto the MegMo platform, ensuring a smooth integration process
- Managing partner relationships effectively through excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Travel within the allotted city and occasionally to other business locations
- Balancing travel commitments with office-based responsibilities
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in business development or a related field
- Strong knowledge of sales practices and strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability in partner management and relationship building
- Openness to travel as required for business needs
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
