Technical Troubleshooting Support Executive (Blended Process)
- Designation: Analyst
- Experience Required: 2.5+ years
Job Profile
- Focus on transaction quality audits in customer support for Ads.
- Provide feedback, analyze data, and enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Audit and review customer interactions (chat, email, call and case comments) as per workflow and SOPs.
- Prepare decks for Quality-led sessions and share insights.
- Track and measure team performance metrics and conduct root cause analyses.
- Provide coaching and regular calibrations to reduce errors and improve quality.
Required Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of web page designing, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Communication Skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills.
- Effective feedback delivery tailored to analysts skills and tenure.
