Role: Medical Writing Coordinator
Location: Pune, India (Onsite)
Experience: 6 months to1.5 yrs
Are you passionate about healthcare and skilled in project coordination and medical writing We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in Pune , contributing to exciting projects in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and facilitate clear communication within the team.
- Gather essential information from doctors to guide project tasks.
- Delegate tasks and provide detailed briefs to medical writers.
- Review content to ensure it aligns with provided medical information and brand guidelines.
- Obtain approval from doctors for content drafts and incorporate necessary revisions.
- Seek client feedback, particularly on branding aspects of approved content.
- Proofread finalized content and designed materials.
- Maintain a comprehensive project tracker, including timelines, meetings, and word counts.
- Prepare detailed monthly progress reports.
- Organize and manage client meetings effectively.
- Write compelling medical content such as brochures, profiles, and flyers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in medical writing and project coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or medical writing role is preferred.
