Job Description

Ability to write user-friendly, engaging copy about highly technical subjects.

Ability to understand and accurately translate technical information for a general audience.

Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Knowledge of Medical devices and ISO 13485

Requires general understanding of processes, procedures and systems within own job function.

Requires understanding of quality systems and regulations to implement in daily activities.

Applies general understanding of how the team relates to other closely related areas to improve efficiency of own team and ensure achievement of objectives and targeted results.

Resolves problems of standard complexity and identifies the most appropriate solution based on practice and precedent.

Receives limited supervision on standard issues, and detailed instructions on new assignments.

Creates a system to receive and implement ideas for continuous improvement.

Makes decisions that directly impact the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the tasks performed or services provided.
