Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets for medical equipment or surgical equipment within the assigned territory.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Oremed Medical's products to clients.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service before and after sales, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company objectives.
Requirements:
- Graduation degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical equipment or surgical equipment sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of healthcare industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Annual CTC: INR 3.6 - 4 Lakhs per annum
