Medical Sales Representative & Receptionist

This is for a NEW PROJECT under the YAK GROUP. Looking for a highly motivated individual who has relevant experience in the healthcare industry in the field of sales and operation+ management. This is for an Upcoming Co-working space for doctors.

Responsibilities

Before Set up of the Medical Center

• Compile database of doctors across different fields
• Create a presentation for potential doctors to come on board
• Schedule appointment with doctors and pitch them for this upcoming medical space to sign up

Once Set up is done---

• Manage the schedule of the medical center regarding timings of doctors etc.
• Manage the day-to-day operational activities of the Medical center to ensure smooth functioning.
• Working closely with the director of the company for management purposes
• All Reception responsibilites like answering phone calls, booking appointments and billing/invoicing.

Qualifications

Graduate degree

Experience in the Medical and Healthcare industry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
