- Position: Medical Device Sales Executive/Manager
- Location: Guwahati (Full-time, with some flexibility for remote work)
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Lead sales initiatives for our microscope products within the assigned region.
Identify and engage potential business opportunities in various sectors, including Pathology Labs, Diagnostic Centers, Hospitals, Medical Colleges, Universities, Agriculture Labs, Forensic Science Labs (FSL), and Industry.- Schedule and conduct meetings with healthcare professionals, including doctors, through pre-arranged appointments or regular outreach.
Deliver product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers.
- Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, focusing on volume growth and productivity.
Implement sales and marketing activities as directed by the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) or National Sales Manager (NSM).- Provide daily reports and feedback on customer interactions.
Manage area sales, collect outstanding payments, conduct doctor visits, hospital visits, and handle customer complaints.
- Analyze market potential and track sales performance in the region.
Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships.- Actively engage with customers as needed on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Understand product functionality and troubleshoot issues as necessary.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports to management.
Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 2-5 years of experience in sales and business management, particularly in medical devices, microscopes, scientific instruments, or laboratory products
Strong sales skills with a high energy level- Excellent business acumen and market orientation
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in operating in a fast-paced environment- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Fixed CTC up to 6 LPA- Attractive monthly incentives
