Job Title: Relationship Manager - Diagnostics

Overview:

As a Relationship Manager in the field of Diagnostics, your primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders in the diagnostics industry. You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:

1. **Client Relationship Management:**

- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, diagnostic laboratories, and healthcare institutions.

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

3. **Product Knowledge:**
