Medical Sales Manager

3 year old startup funded in Shark Tank is seeking Sales Manager to partner with Pediatricians.

(This is a Non-Pharma Product)

Job Requirements:

a. Build a database of Pediatricians in India and connect with them.

b. Build a team of Sales Executives to visit Pediatricians, present our product and seek partnership.

c. Follow-up with partners to achieve sales targets

d. Develop sales collaterals like posters, leaflets, tent cards etc. to be used in the clinic to solicit business

e. Prepare sales projections, monitor targets and report to the management.

Expectations:

a) 5 years experience in the Medical Sales field

b) Team management

c) Good contacts of Child Specialists (Pediatricians, Pediatric Surgeons, Neonatologists, Pediatric Neurologists)

d) Self motivated and go getter.

Salary: Higher than current salary level in Pharma industry

Location: Based in Mumbai, to handle all India sales.
