Job Description

WellHums is looking for Medical Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Product Promotion: Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, highlighting their features, benefits, and clinical applications.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders to establish trust and credibility.

Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to tailor sales strategies and messages.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying potential customers, conducting product presentations, and closing sales deals.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of pharmaceutical products, their mechanisms of action, indications, dosages, and potential side effects.

Networking: Attend medical conferences, seminars, and events to connect with healthcare professionals and expand your network.

Territory Management: Organize and plan sales visits to healthcare facilities within a designated territory, optimizing travel and time management.

Customer Education: Educate healthcare professionals on the proper use, administration, and benefits of pharmaceutical products.

Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulations, marketing guidelines, and ethical standards in all interactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, or a related field is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate product information and benefits.
Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
