Job Responsibilities -
The Medical Representative/ Area Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and selling a company's products, which can include pharmaceutical drugs and medical equipment, to healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Promote the company's products to healthcare professionals.
- Arrange appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams.
- Deliver presentations to healthcare professionals to increase product awareness.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff.
- Keep detailed records of all contacts and visits.
- Stay informed about new products and treatments.
- Keep abreast of competitor products and activities.
- Provide accurate information and demonstrations on product usage and benefits.
- Incumbents to be a team player and have a creative mindset, zeal to grow with a growing organisation.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
