Qualifications and Skills
- Junior level position with 1 to 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Valid driver's license
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and their benefits
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products
- Organize and conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Regularly visit hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to ensure product availability and visibility
- Collect feedback from customers and address their concerns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and market intelligence
