nRoles and Responsibilities:

n Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote company medications.
n Comprehensive pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience including, meeting doctors, and chemist and managing the distributors.
n Responsible for achieving primary as well as secondary targets month after month for the HQs assigned
n Adept in implementing sales and marketing activities and accelerating business growth.
n Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting, and reporting to Regional and Zonal heads.
n Present technical information clearly, concisely, and persuasively to customers.
n Develop and manage an efficient distribution network for sales.
n Managing, training, motivating and developing existing sales teams to drive revenue growth.
n Knowledge about the products, unique benefits of our products, and the competitors brands and their strategies
n To maintain rapport with the distributors and their salesmen to maintain adequate rack stocks, and to distribute the products, where required in time.
