Job Description- Ensure Medical Records are not missing or misplaced otherwise an Incident report is to be raised accordingly.
Clerical duties in maintaining patients medical records i.e. filing, sorting, and processing.- Compiling data into one medical record and ensuring records are in order prior to filing it at the designated storage area.
Maintains medical record functions through copying/scanning, filing, assembling, and retrieving patient records.
- Check and follow up on the outstanding/movement of medical record folders.
Thinning, archiving, and destruction process to reduce the number of in-active Medical Records.- To maintain strict confidentiality of any information you may become aware of during the course of your duties.
Perform other tasks/duties as assigned.
- Understand merge folders.
SPM , Diploma in Healthcare or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in records management preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Proficient in both English and Malay communication.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
