Job Description

Position: Receptionist

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Location: Ahmedabad, India

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, Gujarati

Job Overview: As a Receptionist at Lockstep Healthcare, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. Your friendly demeanour, excellent communication skills, and organisational abilities will ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who enters our clinic. You will handle appointment bookings, patient data management, and various administrative tasks to support our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a pleasant and professional attitude.

Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.

Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently using our booking system.

Maintain and update patient records in an organised and confidential manner.

Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient flow and service delivery.

Address patient inquiries and provide information about our services.

Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials available.

Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with appointment scheduling and data management systems is a plus.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Empathetic and patient-centric approach to customer service.

Preferably a native of Ahmedabad.
