Shall act as a bridge between the medical team and all other teams (software, customer support, product support, etc) to resolve or escalate any issue occurring. Including the sales team if any escalation.
Managing leave and duty replacements for doctors.
Tracking and monitoring queue size and adding doctors on duty if required.
Incident management.
Running the quality assessment processes for the medical team (Daily QA and Monthly QA).
Providing data for Billing/salary payment of India and the Philippines team.
Handling Information Security- audit preparation and organization of required documents.
Presenting all key metrics concerning the medical team to the management every quarter.
Training of doctors (ECG and ECHO team).
Required Skill set:
Background in roster management/ staffing of teams would be desirable.
Good logical thinking/reasoning ability.
Good analytical skills. A background in analytics is desirable.
Good in basic mathematics/statistics.
Good computing skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Knowledge of SQL- running and executing data queries.
