He will be responsible for the Maintenance of Medical gas pipeline. It is including the vacuum pumps, Medical air compressors, Manifold and Oxygen Generator plant.
1.Routine Maintenance of Air compressor:
- Check filters:Clean or replace filters to prevent dirt and particles from contaminating the air supply.
- Inspect compressors:Check the compressor unit for wear and tear, and any unusual noises.
- Monitor air pressure:Ensure that the air pressure and flow rate meet the specified requirements.
- Leak detection:Perform regular leak tests to avoid air wastage and ensure proper functioning.
- Drying system maintenance:Ensure that the air-drying system (e.g., desiccant or refrigeration dryer) is functioning to remove moisture and prevent water contamination in the air supply.
- Scheduled Servicing: Perform thorough checks as per the manufacturer's recommendations, which often include inspecting the motor, valves, belts, and electrical systems.
