Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Front Desk Executive. The Medical Front Desk Executive will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, and providing excellent customer service. They will also handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations in coordination with Center Manager.

• Phone Etiquette and Customer Service
• Experience in IPD/ OPD BILLING duties
• Follow up Tele calling with sales perspective.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficiency in using computer systems and office software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Medical background is an added advantage
• Team worker & Self Driven, Proactive when it comes to Managing extra duties.
