The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
- Demonstrating and presenting products
- Establishing new business
- Maintaining accurate records
- attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
- Reviewing sales performance
- Negotiating contracts and packages
- Working towards monthly or annual targets.
Qualifications
- Medical Sales and Sales Process skills
- Experience in conducting Product Demonstrations and presentations to customers
- Understanding of Medicine and diagnostic technologies
- Strong Account Management skills with the ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Life Science, or Healthcare
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Exp- Not more than 1-2 year ,
- Pharma industry Experience will also work
