Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Coding Trainer at Thought Flows Medical Coding Academy. The role involves training students in medical coding techniques, providing innovative training with PPTs and animated videos, and ensuring high pass rates in various coding certifications. The trainer will conduct weekday and weekend classes, utilizing excellent training materials and leveraging experienced professionals for effective training.

Qualifications

• Coding Experience, Health Information Management, and Medical Coding skills
• Knowledge of RHIT and Medical Terminology
• Strong understanding of coding standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with diverse groups of students
• Relevant certification in medical coding or related field
• Prior experience in healthcare education or training is a plus
