Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze patient medical records for surgical and diagnostic services (SDS)
• Assign appropriate codes following ICD-10-CM and CPT guidelines
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with coding policies and regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and billing teams to resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years in medical coding, specifically SDS coding
• Certification: Valid certification in Medical Coding (e.g., CPC, CCS, COC)
• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
