Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Billing Customer Support team member working night shifts. The role involves providing customer support, handling medical billing inquiries, resolving denials, and working with medical terminologies, insurance, and Medicare.
Qualifications
- Experience in Medical Terminology, ICD-10 coding, and dealing with Insurance
- Knowledge of Denials management and Medicare processes
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work night shifts and provide customer support efficiently
- Experience in a healthcare/medical billing environment is a plus
- Certification in Medical Billing or related field preferred
