Role Description

Medvantis - Complete Billing Support Services is seeking a full-time Medical Biller and Account Receivable Specialist to join our team. This on-site role in Vadodara consists of managing the accounts receivable of medical offices and ensuring that all claims are submitted accurately and timely. The Medical Biller and Accounts Receivable Specialist will work with insurance companies to ensure claims are being processed, track payments, account reconciliations, and address discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical billing field.
• In-depth knowledge of medical billing and account receivable processes, medical terminology, and ICD-10 and CPT coding
• Experience in working with insurances, filing appeals and identifying requirements for specific coverage criteria
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Electronic Health Records (EHR) software, and medical billing software.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
