Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Assistant at Abdul Kareem located in Mumbai. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting healthcare professionals in providing patient care, managing medical records, and performing administrative tasks. The Medical Assistant will also ensure smooth operations in the healthcare facility and provide excellent customer service to patients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Medical Assistant training program or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills and electronic medical record systems
- Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Certification as a Medical Assistant is a plus
