We are looking for a motivated Media Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients and advertisers.
  • Job Summary:

The Media Sales Executive will be responsible for selling advertising space and media solutions across Womenshine Media's platforms, including digital and social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for media sales, and love for planning events, a deep understanding of the target audience, and the ability to craft compelling sales pitches.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential clients and developing relationships with decision-makers in relevant industries.
Client Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their advertising needs are met and exceeded.Custom Media Solutions: Develop tailored advertising packages and media solutions that align with clients objectives and Womenshine Media's offerings.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of advertising with Womenshine Media.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including client feedback, sales forecasts, and progress towards targets.
  • Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-1 years of experience in media sales, advertising, or a related field.
Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand client needs and develop custom media solutions.
  • Other Requirements:
Knowledge of the media landscape and digital advertising trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
