We are looking for a motivated Media Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients and advertisers.
The Media Sales Executive will be responsible for selling advertising space and media solutions across Womenshine Media's platforms, including digital and social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for media sales, and love for planning events, a deep understanding of the target audience, and the ability to craft compelling sales pitches.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential clients and developing relationships with decision-makers in relevant industries.Client Management:
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their advertising needs are met and exceeded.Custom Media Solutions: Develop tailored advertising packages and media solutions that align with clients objectives and Womenshine Media's offerings.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of advertising with Womenshine Media.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including client feedback, sales forecasts, and progress towards targets.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in media sales, advertising, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
