Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Advertising Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through both digital and print advertising for our health and wellness company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet both short-term and long-term revenue objectives. This role involves rigorous follow-up with customers, maintaining excellent client relationships, and delivering innovative sales solutions

Key Responsibilities:. Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, both short-term and long-term

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business growth and satisfaction

Sales and Advertising Planning: Plan and manage advertising account activities, including customer identification, resource management, and deadline setting

Sales Forecasting: Determine and present sales forecasts to management and customers

Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to customers

Sales Innovation: Develop and implement innovative and creative ideas to boost sales and attract new clients

Data Interpretation: Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, create compelling sales stories, and measure post-sales ROI

Travel: Be prepared to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities

Independent Work: Work with minimal supervision, focusing on prospecting and closing new revenue streams

Experience Required:. Experience: 4 to 8 years in advertising sales, with a proven track record in both online media and print sponsorship program selling

Education: MBA or Bachelors degree in a relevant field

Skills:. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent presentation skills

Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
