Job Role
Spearhead the revenue agenda for Arha Media in respective Geography.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and agencies at all levels, keeping track of their marketing strategies and digital spends.
- Identifying new streams for revenue growth across markets and developing sales strategies basis current trends.
- Scaling up Aha business by collaborating with top agencies and advertisers and growing business volumes
- Establish key relationships with multi market teams to help drive complex sales and to accelerate and scale the sales and deployment of larger solution sales opportunities.
- Interacting with clients/agencies to discuss and identify their advertising requirements and ideating with brand strategy team to devise an approach that meets the client's brief and budget.
- Creating content for specific client briefs in close coordination with the Studio team
- Helping Partnership team to drive specific campaigns for driving subscription revenue in the allotted Geography.
- Handling new business development and onboarding brands and agencies for In-App advertising opportunities on the platform, providing innovative and creative ad formats with a good regional reach and traction.
- Be the face of the organization i.e. execute to the targets and build long relationships to support the organization.
Required Experience/Skills:
- We are looking for a dynamic sales leader who has 2 to 5 years of Experience with a proven background of Brand solutions/AVOD in Media Sales and have knowledge of OTT/ Online Content Delivery Platforms.
- You should have a strong hold of Clients & Agencies in the Geography you are keen to apply.
- You should have a knowledge and understanding of the content evolution happening in India.
- You should have a track record of problem solving & innovation in your earlier roles.
- You should have an entrepreneurship spirit for driving the revenue agenda for the brand.
This is an individual contribution role which requires local (assigned territory) & domestic travel to event/shoot locations.
