Campaign Strategy & Management: Lead and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Programmatic, etc.), ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to drive better ROI, increased engagement, and conversion rates. Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
Budget Management: Oversee and manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and spend to achieve the best results for clients.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to develop cohesive media strategies that align with client goals.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data and generate insightful reports. Use data-driven insights to suggest improvements and demonstrate the value of our services to clients.
Market Research & Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and performance marketing to ensure that campaigns are innovative and leverage the best tools and strategies available.
Mentorship & Guidance: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them grow their skills in media planning, optimization, and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 5-6 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years of experience in managing client media accounts within a marketing agency environment.
Platforms Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), programmatic media buying, and other performance-driven marketing tools.
Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, generate insights, and optimize performance.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to present complex data and insights to clients in a clear and actionable manner.
Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead campaigns, collaborate with teams, and mentor junior staff.
Adaptability & Problem Solving: Ability to adapt to fast-changing client needs and industry trends, with a problem-solving mindset to overcome challenges in campaign delivery.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) are a plus.
