The operations manager in an advertising agency is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the agency. Campaign Management: Manage the day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring that all campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Budget Management: Work with senior management to develop and manage agency budgets, ensuring that all campaigns and projects are executed within budget.

Client Management: Work with account managers and creative teams to ensure that all client needs are met and that clients are satisfied with the agency's work.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage agency personnel, ensuring that all team members have the necessary skills and resources to execute their roles effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business administration or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising agency operations management.

Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
