We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in media operations, ideally from a digital publisher environment. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Google Ad Manager and Programmatic Campaigns, including setup, execution, and optimization. They should have hands-on experience in managing media operations and be passionate about driving innovation, experimentation, and aggressive optimization to enhance delivery in the media business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee media operations, with a focus on Google Ad Manager and Programmatic Campaigns.
- Lead end-to-end execution and optimization of digital campaigns, ensuring high-quality delivery and performance.
- Innovate and experiment with new strategies to optimize media business delivery.
- Manage operations efficiently, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Key Requirements:
- 7-8 years of relevant experience in media operations, preferably from the digital publishing side.
- Strong ownership and accountability, with a proven ability to manage end-to-end media operations.
- In-depth knowledge of Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in a performance agency or publisher in a delivery-focused role.
- Experience managing P&L and generating MIS reports is a plus.
