Role Description
Designing and Data Management:
Strong graphic design sense and expertise in using Canva, and Corel Draw to create visual content.
Design newsletters, internal mailers, annual calendars, diaries, festive greetings, and other promotional materials.
Create and manage corporate PowerPoint presentations.
Design event graphics for internal and external events (e.g., festivals, retreats).
Manage large Excel data sets, including contact lists and mailout information.
Track vendor management and distribution lists for events and gifting.
Edit and proofread content for accuracy and consistency.
Internal & External Communications:
Work with third-party design agencies to ensure marketing materials align with company design standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to update content for corporate client presentations, gathering data from various departments.
Verify project information using available tools, ensuring coordination across teams.
Work with other departments to gather and maintain content needs in Excel.
Qualifications
Important:
Immediate joiners or candidates with a 30-day notice period are preferred.
Budgeted CTC up to 7 lacs per annum plus performance-linked variable.
