The person will be responsible for planning and successful execution of media campaigns across Clients/Categories.
Location: Mumbai/Bengaluru
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Client/Agency Business teams to understand the brand objectives and budgets to define the media approach in line with the overall communication strategy and budgets
- Work out a strategic approach to the client-based audience, category, competition and learnings to ensure successful outcomes.
- Guide the team and provide direction on campaign planning, implementation and delivery.
- Prepare specific media plans.
- Handle client queries and proactively address ad hoc requests related to the media plan implementation
- Partner with Agency Business teams for review, ideation and revision of the media plans on an ongoing basis.
- Conduct regular reviews and share reports with Brand Managers on the ongoing campaign as well as post-campaign analysis.
- Work on integrated pitches through cross-functional/geo teamwork and collaborations.
- Responsible for internal reviews and reporting on campaign performance and resourcing of talent on campaigns.
- Networked with Media houses to explore new ideas, gain industry insights and drive long-term partnerships that can benefit our clients.
MUST HAVES:
- Understanding of how communication works
- Experience in the Advertising industry
- 7 to 8 years of media planning experience
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Familiarity & working experience with media tools/software.
- Analytical and Organizational Skills
- Eye for Detail and Accuracy
