Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement media buying strategies for native ad campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of native ad platforms and their capabilities (e.g, Taboola, Outbrain etc.).
- Research and analyze target audience and market trends to inform media buying decisions.
- Negotiate ad placements and pricing with native ad platforms and publishers.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data and analytics tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in native advertising.
- Manage media budgets and ensure cost-effective ad spend.
- Establish and maintain relationships with native ad platform representatives and publishers.
- Report on campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and growth in native advertising efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a media buyer or similar role, focusing on native advertising.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to secure favourable ad placements and rates.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with ad platform representatives and publishers.
- Proficiency in using advertising and analytics tools, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
- Creative thinking and the ability to contribute to ad creative development and optimization.
