Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Media Buyer to manage our paid advertising efforts across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of media buying strategies, ad optimization, and marketing funnels, and will be responsible for overseeing the entire processfrom ad copy creation to campaign launch, performance tracking, and optimization. The Media Buyer will focus on both lead generation and direct sales, ensuring that campaigns are optimized for maximum revenue generation.

You will design ad strategies, launch targeted campaigns, and continually optimize for performance through advanced Google and Facebook ad tactics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful lead generation and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Media Buying:

Manage and execute paid media campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn) and other digital channels to generate leads and drive sales.

Advanced Campaign Strategy:

Develop and implement advanced media buying strategies, leveraging audience segmentation, targeting, and bidding techniques to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.

Marketing Funnel Development:

Design and optimize marketing funnels that drive lead generation and convert leads into sales, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Ad Copy & Creative Collaboration:

Work with the creative team to produce effective ad copy, visuals, and video content that engage and convert the target audience.

Campaign Setup & Optimization:

Set up and launch media campaigns with well-defined targeting, budget allocation, and bidding strategies. Continuously optimize campaigns for lead generation and sales conversions.

Tracking & Analytics:

Implement tracking systems such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and UTM parameters to monitor campaign performance. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

A/B Testing & Performance Optimization:

Run A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting options, and placements to improve key performance metrics such as conversion rate, cost-per-lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Performance Reporting:

Create detailed reports on campaign performance, focusing on lead quality, revenue generation, and overall ROI. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Revenue Growth Focus:

Drive revenue by optimizing media campaigns to reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA) while increasing sales and lead generation results.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in media buying and ad platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer or similar role, with a focus on lead generation and sales-driven campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn).
  • Advanced understanding of marketing funnels and strategies to drive conversions across multiple stages.
  • Strong experience in campaign management, audience segmentation, and optimization for both lead generation and direct sales.
  • Expertise in using media buying tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue through paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in tracking and interpreting performance data, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Experience in setting up and managing tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

- Graduate (Any stream)

- Experience in industries such as real estate, affiliate marketing etc.

- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other relevant platforms.
