Job Description

  • Oversee and optimize the COD process to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze COD performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to reduce COD-related issues such as returns and cancellations.
  • Work with the customer service team to resolve COD-related inquiries and complaints.
  • Stay updated on eCommerce trends and best practices, particularly in COD.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in eCommerce, with a focus on COD operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms.
