Job Summary:As a Trainer in Mechatronics, specializing in Pneumatics, Electro Pneumatics, Hydraulic, Electro Hydraulics, PLC/HMI/SCADA, and Modular Production Systems (MPS), you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs. These programs will encompass the broad spectrum of Mechatronics, including industrial control systems, human-machine interfaces, and modular production systems. Your primary goal is to equip our students with the knowledge and practical skills needed to excel in the field of advanced manufacturing and automation.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development:
- Design and update training modules and curricula for Mechatronics, focusing on PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and MPS.
Create hands-on exercises, real-world projects, and simulations to facilitate effective learning.
- Training Delivery:
- Conduct engaging training sessions covering various aspects of Mechatronics, including PLC programming, HMI design, SCADA systems and modular production systems.
Ensure that training programs align with industry best practices and standards.
- Practical Instruction:
- Provide hands-on training in PLC programming, HMI design, and SCADA system integration.
Instruct students in the setup and operation of modular production systems.
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and proficiency.
Offer constructive feedback to students and support their skill development.
- Resource Management:
- Interface with the workshop team and ensure training equipment, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and modular production system components are under operational.
Ensure the availability of necessary training materials and resources.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Emphasize and enforce safety practices in Mechatronics, industrial automation, and control systems.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe training environment.
- Industry Engagement:
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and technologies in Mechatronics and automation.
Collaborate with industry experts and professionals for insights and knowledge sharing.
- Student Guidance:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, including career advice and job placement support.
9 . Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
Prepare reports on training outcomes and student achievements.
- Preferred Candidate Profile:
Diploma with Minimum of 12 years of experience or Bachelor engineering degree with minimum of 8-10 years of experience or Masters engineering with minimum 7 years of experience in, Electrical & Electronics communications and Instrumentation, Mechatronics (Pneumatics, Electro Pneumatics, Hydraulic, Electro Hydraulics), specializing in PLC/HMI/SCADA systems, and modular production systems,
- At least 4-5 years of experience in teaching/ training
Proficiency in PLC programming, HMI design, and SCADA system integration.- Expertise in modular production systems, including setup, operation, and maintenance.
Ability to design and update training modules and course materials for Mechatronics, focusing on PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and MPS.
- Training certifications in Mechatronics, PLC/HMI/SCADA systems and modular production systems -MPS from Technology providers ((e.g., Training program certification in Advanced Mechatronics, PLC/HMI/SCADA, and Applications) are an added advantage.
Capability to provide hands-on training in PLC programming, HMI design, SCADA system integration, and modular production systems.- Understanding of industry-specific applications and requirements related to Mechatronics and automation.
Willingness to stay updated with advancements in Mechatronics technology, software, and industry best practices.
