Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Mechanical Trainer at Lernern India. The Mechanical Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions, developing curriculum, conducting assessments, and providing hands-on technical training to students. Some flexibility for remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Mechanical/ Technical training experience
• Curriculum development and assessment Development skills
• Hands-on technical training expertise
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online learning platforms
• Experience in the education or training sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
