Qualification: Diploma - Mechanical
Technical Skill set (Must have):
- Knowledge of Mitsubishi PLC, ABB & Mitsubishi robots, Graco EFR unit, MATLAB software, Gluing equipment, Mitsubishi & Festo servo motor & drives
- Preventive maintenance and attending breakdown of various equipment like ABB & SCARA Robots, Gluing equipment, Conveyors, Battery Tester, Vision systems, PLC & HMI Utility (HVAC, Chiller, Building Lighting systems).
- Hands-on Experience in Mitsubishi PLC (Q series), MATLAB software & and HMI for diagnosis the faults & and implementing low-cost kaizen
- Ensuring updating of daily log book and history cards for equipment
- Identifying & and maintaining the spare part record for better spare part management and reporting to RM/Concern for indent.
- Reduction in repair and maintenance costs through cost-reduction initiatives. (Kaizens & Poka-yoke implementation)
- Responsible for energy-saving, improvement & and cost-saving projects.
- Observe all aspects of health and safety regulations and report any unsafe conditions & and help in eliminating the same.
- Ensuring 5s and right First Time in all maintenance activities.
