Mechanical Project Manager

Project Manager for Brewery Pharma Manufacturing unit | Salary : 70 - 90 k | Location : Infantry road | Immediate joiner

Qualifications: BE/BTech Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.

Experience: 11-12 years in Project based engineering or manufacturing sector.

Industry preference: Brewery and Distillery manufacturing units, Food and Pharma machinery manufacturers or SPM (special purpose machine) manufacturers.

1. Capable of reading and understanding the design and drawings.

2. Knowledge of brewery equipment, process, mechanical, electrical, programming, installation and commissioning.

3. Knowledge of steel fabrication and SS vessels and tanks.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Project budgeting and monitoring budget overruns.

Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

Manage changes in the project scope, schedule and costs

Report and escalate to management as needed

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Organise review meetings to track project progress

Cost collation for invoicing

Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.

Ability to handle project management team and co-ordinate with site related activities. Monitoring project invoices and collections.

Reviews client's specifications for adherence to capabilities and with guidance. Provides production alternatives when necessary.

Creates and updates project scope for complex individual projects.

Sets out timelines/schedules & present to the client.

Status sheets - keep all schedules updated with actual dates for tasks completed. Conducts conference calls with clients and attend client facing meetings with Sales/Client Relationship as required.

Confirms all regulatory requirements & processes for all projects; e.g. regulators review cycles. Develops & maintains necessary records & files for efficient operation.
