Mechanical Site engineer for Supervision of Piping Erection & Commissioning

nTimely updation of reports
nREX document on ARP site executed.

nKey Responsibilities
n

To Ensure adherence of Site Safety Requirements.
nBe thorough with all piping standards and conversant with industry practices for piping
nAble to read / modify the Engineering Specifications / Drawings (Isometric, Layout, P&I diagram)
nAble to measure & certify the piping work completed at site
nAt site, re-routing the piping as needed consulting engineering team
nStudy Technical Contract to understand the Project requirements and raise timely query
nExecution of work as per project requirements (Pipe Fabrication, Erection, Welding Activities, Hydrostatic Testing, Flushing, Reinstatement etc.)
nOrganize and manage daily construction activities and ensure correct resources are allocated and all safety precautions are in place.
nPrepares daily and weekly reports and forecasts, including summary of construction progress, construction personnel forecasts plan.
nMonitors materials and equipment's usage on the site. Prepares Field Material Requisitions for tools and consumables.
nPreparation of Erection and Commissioning schedule as needed
nPreparation of Mechanical Erection Manual as needed
nStudy & Collection of documents for better understanding and preparation before leaving to site.
nOpen Package Inspection at site & feedback on short supplies and requirements of materials to Site Manager.
nPre-Commissioning of Executed Piping Works.
nSee the completion of equipment erection and commissioning and to prepare Protocol of erection / commissioning.
nReport to Site Manager about any discrepancies in erection / commissioning for requirement of manpower / material.
nUpdate the Site reports on Teams / PACE / Project documentation.
nGive site feedback for improvement from own experience / knowledge
nCoordinate with Project, design department & customer for erection & commissioning activities to complete project on time Co-ordinate with sub- contractors/ third parties in case of any discrepancies and to ensure timely execution of site activities.
nAttending the commissioning group meetings produce all types of test documentation and present the problem faced at site.
nEnsuring the safe testing and commissioning of completed installations to achieve the necessary plant performance in accordance with project requirements.
nCoordinates and resolves engineering or construction problems about piping test packages.
nSite closure as per the contractual obligation
nTo prepare and send all site reports to HO.

Education

Engineering Graduate with relevant experience preferred.
nElse Diploma Engineer with relevant 10 -15 of years experience.
