Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of the mechanical projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead a team of mechanical engineers and provide technical expertise.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Implement project management practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in the field of mechanical engineering.
  • Maintain compliance with all company and safety regulations.
  • Report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Mechanical Lead Projects should have:

  • 10+ years of overall experience in mechanical project management
  • Open to Bengaluru Urban as a location
  • Candidate should come with experience - dealing with the biotechnologies industry preferred, else pharmaceuticals & larger healthcare industry
  • Degree: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/
  • Subject Matter Expert in HVAC, Clean and black utilities, Cleanrooms, process and utility piping, fire fighting systems, warehousing, and material handling.
  • Managed the design (lifecycle- URS to site qualification) for Utility Equipment like Air Handling Unit, Air Compressor, Cooling tower, Chilled water and glycol systems and distribution, Gas generation and distribution, Plant Steam generation and distribution, condensate recovery systems, Water pretreatment, WFI and purified water storage distribution, pure steam distribution, warehouse racking and material handling systems, Cleanroom panel and furniture including LAF's and pass boxes.
