- BASIC FUNCTION
- Executes mechanical maintenance related activities
- JOB RELATED KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Have knowledge in basic computer operation & functions
- Able to operate simple industrial equipment like forklift is an advantage (but not necessarily)
- Can interpret & draw mechanical drawing. Skilled in AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Able to identify different hand tools as well as power tools and able to use in right application.
- Able to work lengthy hours if needed and works all shift flexibly when job demands
- EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS / MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- At least Three (3) years diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- At least Three (3) years work experienced (in same position applied) in ceramic or tile manufacturing.
- Or at least five (5) years work experienced (in same position applied) in any related manufacturing industry.
- MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs breakdown maintenance. Evaluate and analyze job request & performs the repair.
- Performs corrective, predictive & preventive maintenance as per established standards
- Daily inspection of equipment as per checklist & ensure operates as per standard parameters, and do corrections if needed.
- Involve in shop floor repair & reconstructing maintenance
- Involve in routine lubrication, machine alignment and calibration.
- Maintains records and documentations. Handle time accounting & complete job request.
- Comply with company safety guidelines & procedures.
