Mechanical Estimator

We are looking to add a MEP / Mechanical / HVAC Estimator to our rapidly growing team.

Applying candidates must be able to join us immediately. Must be able to think intuitively, good problem-solving skills. Anyone who requires lots of input and cannot work things out for themselves need not apply.

Responsibilities:

- Managing the process from receipt of initial enquiry to final submission;

- Interpretation of specifications, drawings, design briefs, and scope of works documents;

- Requesting RFI/Qs, if any required, for proper understanding and to cover the scope of work thoroughly;

- Obtaining and evaluating materials, plant, and subcontractor quotes;

- Working with relevant project managers to compile bids for MEP or HVAC building services projects;

- Must have experience in HVAC / MEP takeoffs, compiling documentation necessary to form tender packages following the client's requirements. This includes writing technical methodologies, materials schedules, method statements, risk assessments, health and safety information, company procedural information, and programmes of work.

Experience:

HVAC Estimator: 1 year (Required)

Mechanical Estimator: 1 year (Required)
