Role & Responsibility: -

Production Planning and Scheduling

• Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, quality control, logistics) to ensure the availability of materials and resources.

Process Optimization

• Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality.
• Implement best practices and lean manufacturing techniques to minimize waste and enhance productivity.

Quality Control

• Establish and maintain quality standards for plastic or fabricated products.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to perform regular checks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise during production, coordinating with the maintenance team as needed.

Research and Development

• Collaborate with the R&D team to introduce new materials, production techniques, or product designs.
• Experiment with different materials or processes to enhance product durability, reduce costs, or meet specific customer needs.

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure that all production activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and training sessions for the production team.

Team Management

• Supervise, train, and support production staff, including machine operators and technicians.
• Coordinate shift schedules, monitor performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Reporting and Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of production output, quality metrics, equipment maintenance, and safety inspections.
• Prepare production reports for senior management and suggest strategies for improvement.
